No Attorney's Fees Unless We Collect

At Willens Law Offices, we understand that finding the right attorney to handle your personal injury, wrongful death or workers' compensation case can be difficult and overwhelming. That's why we do not charge for our services unless or until we collect compensation for our clients and/or their families. Furthermore, we will advance all the costs of handling your case so you and/or your loved ones can focus on healing during this difficult chapter in your life.

We come to you. If you cannot come to our main offices due to injury or other reasons, I will personally come to your hospital room or your home - for free. At Willens Law Offices, we strive to make this process as easy as possible. We will not send an ivestigator, paralegal or legal assistant.

We understand that our clients are likely going through a difficult time and want to do the best we can to relieve their burdens.
